Kevin Neels to Present at USPTO Symposium on Trade Secret Protection

Brattle Principal Kevin Neels will present during the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) public symposium, “Developments in Trade Secret Protection,” taking place May 8, 2017 in Alexandria, VA and via webcast.

The event will focus on developments in the protection of trade secrets. Topics of discussion include: measuring the value of secrecy, use of the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) in practice, differences in trade secret protection in foreign jurisdictions, and considerations of business owners in international cases.
