Brattle President Alexis Maniatis will present during the Juris Conferences’ 6th Annual Damages in International Arbitration Conference – Damages in International Energy Disputes, taking place November 30, 2017 in Houston, TX.
The event gathers leading figures from the global spectrum of high-stakes energy disputes to discuss damages issues in panels focusing on the key sub-sectors of oil and gas, electricity, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) and renewables.
Mr. Maniatis will present during the panel “Damages Issues in Upstream Oil & Gas Disputes.” Panelists will address damages claims arising from expropriations and related government measures, disputes under joint operating agreements and between working interest owners, and emerging issues resulting from the shale revolution and the new oil price environment.
